For a complaint to be formally reviewed, a written report from a licensed Approved Inspection Station (AIS) must be submitted along with your supporting documents.
We're unable to act on verbal accounts, opinions from tyre shops, mechanics, or anything along the lines of "my mate reckons…" β€” no matter how well-intentioned. An official AIS written assessment is the only basis we can use to investigate a safety certificate complaint.
